STATE OF UTAH
The state of Utah has created a highly informative and easy to navigate website https://coronavirus.utah.gov/ offering guidance in the following categories:

Based on the levels of covid cases, positivity rates, and ICU utilization each country will be receive a level: High, Moderate, or Low. Data is analyzed weekly and changes to the level will be adjusted every 14 days.
A mandatory mask requirement has been in effect for most Utah Counties since July 1, 2020.
